If you have out-of-network benefits through your insurance provider, I can provide a superbill — a detailed receipt that includes the necessary information for you to submit a claim to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies by plan, so I recommend contacting your insurer to ask about out-of-network mental health coverage.

Sliding scale options may be available on a limited basis for clients experiencing financial hardship. These are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on current availability and individual circumstances. These options include weekly or twice-weekly therapy sessions, with expanded support through consultation, planning, and case coordination. Subscriptions are billed monthly and designed for those ready to engage in long-term, transformational work.
